Any overall situation shall improve due to our actions and it's side impacts, and
products we develop and support should also be inert or contributing favourable.
Regardless of any local or national exempt conditions, maybe better not to alter
or modify our environmental given conditions beyond of the scope of our actions.
Excessive or unknown-behaving waste's or such side effects shall be preventable!
We have the possibility to motivate us with passion, when we are flexible and
thus can adjust our believes to adapt reasonable well even to necessities.
 

Freedom of Speech

Communication is too important than to restrict it. Especially when asked to speak
or if it could assist to resolve a pending issue or to prevent dangerous conditions
and it isn't made with criminal intentions nor just to hurt provocative. Hence, also
comfort to levels of noise relative to environmental present noise as nonExcessive.
 

ISO 9k and ISO14k compliance

Rather even "unpolite interrupt any conversations to ask or tell about", to assure
uncompromised Quality! Always rather ask and "speak-up" about any such issue's!
ISO9k guidelines usually can be helpful if suitable implemented. Such certificates
are often expensive papers, helpful to have as proof for implement+test efforts.
But regardless, beside any papers; reserving to alter or modify existant situations
if it won't be or won't aid to actually 'be' compliant. Individual responsibilities like
"owning" the process facility or tools are important such aspects; not "just a Job".
Accordingly, the motivation and responsiveness of team- or process-members also
is an important Quality- and Selection-criteria.  For Systematic Quality Assurance
also many other such side aspects can be relevant important, to obey and assure.
And it should be well-motivating easy and fun to always obey all such QA aspects.
 

Non-discriminating

Trying to consider all requirements as helpful, if not then please remark and tell!
To obey also e.g. "Americans with Disabilities Act guides" for our designs; hence
Safety, also always assuring secure and easy to manage escape alternatives will
have to remain available unobstructed. Just-in-case of emergencies, this shall be
also supporting to individual assure safety without compromising site security.
There shall be no reason to hurry, to neclect nor to emotional hurt accidential,
even in-case of emergency's. To value good safety and always try to be friendly,
also to allow suitable thoughtful and appropriate conversations as it's necessary.
 

Religious Freedom

I believe in God! Even if maybe different than most else people believe, or may
not comply to any congregations. Me educated also according to roman catholic
congregation believes even if nowadays less appreciative to some influences of
my childhood. I conform and treasure especially the 10 testament rules also as
personal very important moral and "human" helpful minimumGuide's. Concerning
any "only-1-and-this-God-only" doctrine as common to most congregations, i'd
prefer no Support or "not-to-belong-to"!  Religious Freedom and human useful
Tolerance is a very important assett, historic 'd rather favour Budhist values.
As facts, with love mentioned before else testament rules  thus no-conflicts!
Personally don't need any "drama" nor like to hurt myself (thus, won't need any
ancient habbits nor mass-comply if e.g. that might hurt my knees if sitting only
bending-forward or comfortable could lie-down, or absent not to offend anyone).
And as long I am not impaired in my personality and rights, I don't mind about
religions nor the origin or race of individuals, especially if kind and like-minded.

Religious Freedom also often influences our freedom of mind. Temptations to
"black-or-white-only" likely limits differentiations, and that wouldn't help us for 
and with any colors. And there may be far more out there than we may ever learn
or comprehend!  Just as mathematical defineabled existances of 0 and 1 as digits,
e.g. such existant infinity as = 1/0 defineable (or also our or else existances) can
also implicate that anything else [infinite] could be possible too!  What or Why a
"Start" or an "End"?  Or why worry of how God looks like or where he, she or it is?
Nowadays evolutional where we can start to learn a lot more about life, learning
safe with scientific+theoretical tools  shouldn't limit nor wrong-guide us anyway.
E.g. there may be even far more forms of "life" possible as we know so far, beyond
of plant's and animals. Even our Sun as a star rather big with more energy density
as here on earth, theoretical can be such a life-form or can contain "life"forms too.
Even our Earth probably may hold and contain a lot of unknown such lifeFacts also.
 

Respect

Variety, diversity and ongoing improvement is a fact, looks like a natural rule too.
Accepting individuality, cultural and natural differences and to try to understand
and respect any different understood expressions or evolved facts as can help.
E.g. "love others like yourself" can wise interpretable have many purposes too.

Arrogance or especially misbehaviours like any "mobbing" or cultural offending
habbits generally will not be tolerated. A strong humanititarian preference also
disregards to emotional discriminations much like any else crime offenses. Just
any such indications of such potential problematic relations can initiate to quit !
e.g. 
As independant consultant "tiny", if some employment-offers refuses to accept
selfemployed service  or not to pay me quick and full as promised probably over
time made me sensitive also against such nonappropriate remarks or questions,
to maybe over-react now more-quick in case of any such possiblity!  Also dislike
especially nationalistic discriminations like occasional still even from companies,
agencies or relations that won't help. I am often not very familiar to peculiars or
languages or unknown categorizing codes and need to beg pardon, if e.g. Forms
fill-in-functional can not be able to e.g. address well as relevant or fully correct.
Notions, parties or movements e.g. that may support slavery or such restricitive
forms of it like pressing people to any such "duties" like military "Wehrdienst" or
similar else at insufficient payments without full consents, can not be carried.
I dislike "Eco-tax" misconceptions as "self-Corp" much like "partisan" (rather like
"artisan" words) trying to prevent scaring phrases regardless of any motivations. 
I prefer individual freedom, and transparent clean and legal administration. And
don't want to get this mis-interpreted - supporting humanitarian actions against
any warCriminals; nonTolerating negligence, Power mis-use or excuse in general!
Not compromising privacy, nor security nor to individuals constitutional rights, I
also treasure principal human and constitutional rights more than buero-crazy's!
 

Responsibility

Property or/and Duties most often also can implicate Responsibilities - and We
have only limited resources and capabilities too.  Thus better be prepared to my
questions like "do I really need it?" or "aren't there other solutions to needs?"
in order to possibly improve efficiency or find even better profitable solutions.
There also can be accordingly many more answers like "Quality" and "Control"
that within short time may in context's not be fully satisfactory explainable too.
As a technology consultant I serve with information and can't "know" the future,
nor am I in the position to final decide and execute beyond own projects alone.
I prefer to provide knowHow and Designs at reasonable conditions, that's what
I am used to and probably can do best;  As there are other specialized Services
that professional are better versed and used to insure against risk's as needed.
According to GeneralConditions only, I in general will not accept any liabilities !
Any Insurance cost as such obligations should be directed and fulfilled as it can
be best, transparent and efficient. Limiting responsibilities to where it belongs.
 

Supporting DrugFree workEnvironment

For health, efficient and mutual safe work capabilities, I prefer drug-free natural
environments and if not specific marked+agreed only non-genetic-modified foods. 
Especially, no smoking near cleanRoom or possibly explosive hazardous locations!
Jtec and jTi may assist with sensitive oil-less clean tools and environments, as
also can involve uses of alcohols for cleaning or as thermal-transfer media's,
or be higher oxygenated or be non-aerob clean contained. Thus Jtec and jTi can
limit access to certain production, processes or test area's to individuals without
naming nor explaining specific reasons like aerosol or else contamination risks.
This needs to be obeyed, or rather ask to prevent any unforeseen issue's. I won't
selfUse "drugs", e.g. nonObjecting up to 1 Drink, medical or food ingredient, but
I won't accept to be urged or confronted to tolerate, nor "group-comply" with any
drugs if there can be other alternatives convenient available. Especially in+to any
safety conscious, risky or quality work environments, no such food's nor even any
medical's or other personal goods may permissible be tolerated nor be carried to
designated R&D and work zone's.  Also smoking may not be permissible indoors.
